Responsibilities:
- Produce local and regional (West Africa) marketing plans that will increase the companys revenue.
- Increase the supply base of the company using modern marketing strategies.
- Budget planning analysis and bringing in datadriven learnings.
- Ensure the companies products have competitive advantage in its ecosystem.
- Develop pricing strategies and meeting marketing and sales human resource objectives.
- Effectively represent the company s brand and drive strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market competitors and industry trends in Ghana and West Africa.
- Any other duties as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Masters degree in Marketing.
- At least 10 years working experience in marketing in a senior management position
- Should be able to set goals and achieve them
- Good interpersonal relationships
- Have persuasion and negotiating skills.
