As an Operations Manager you will lead and manage a team of professionals including project managers business analysts and technical experts to deliver successful IT projects and solutions. You will provide guidance coaching and mentorship to team members fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement.

Managerial Leadership:

• Lead and manage a team of professionals including project managers business analysts and technical experts to deliver successful IT projects and solutions.

• Set clear performance expectations and goals for the team and monitor progress to ensure objectives are met or exceeded.
  

Lead Generation and Sales Opportunities:

• Develop and execute strategies to generate leads identify sales opportunities and expand the companys client base.
  
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns pitch presentations and promotional materials to attract new clients and partners.
  

Project Delivery Management:

• Oversee endtoend project delivery from inception to completion ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and meeting quality standards.
  
• Manage project scope resources and timelines and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues to minimize project delays and disruptions.
  
• Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including development QA and operations to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  

Status Reporting:

• Prepare and deliver regular status reports updates and presentations to senior management and stakeholders on project progress milestones and key performance indicators.
  
• Communicate project status risks and issues effectively and propose solutions and recommendations to address challenges and drive project success.
  

Delivery Quality Assurance:

• Ensure the quality and integrity of project deliverables by implementing best practices standards and quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of project deliverables processes and methodologies to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  

Business Development and Growth:

• Identify new business opportunities market trends and emerging technologies to drive business growth and expansion.
  
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives business plans and growth strategies to achieve company objectives.
  

Requirements

The Nuts and Bolts of Your Expertise

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering Business Administration or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management operations management or business management roles with a focus on project delivery and team leadership.
  
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams to deliver complex IT projects on time and within budget.
  
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute business plans and growth strategies.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients senior executives and crossfunctional teams.
  
• Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) technologies and exposure to automation initiatives is highly desirable.
  
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads identify sales opportunities and drive business development efforts.
  
• Experience in building teams from scratch including recruitment onboarding and team development.
  
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall) and experience with project management tools and software.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions.
