You speak Turkish and you are a Technology addict We are recruiting Turkish speakers Talent to Order Support Specialist in Portugal !!

Your working day :

• Backoffice role.
  
• Handling Inbound Calls from customers replying to a callback request that we have sent to them is mandatory.
  
• Specialists perform Outbound Calls whenever applicable to clarify further information with customers.
  

What you need to know to have a chance of getting this job :

• Fluent in Turkish with good level in English
  
• Customer Service experience
  
• Great communication
  
• Valid Work Permit in Portugal
  

You will benefit :

• Work schedule : Monday to Sunday between 7am to Midnight // 8h per day with 2 days off per week // Rotating shift
