QA Manager

Job Description

Abstract We are looking for a QA Manager . We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented QA Analyst Manager to lead our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing QA processes creating processoriented documentation and overseeing both manual and automation testing efforts. The QA Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of highquality software products meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project goals user scenarios and acceptance criteria.

Create detailed comprehensive and wellstructured test strategy and test planning based on project specifications and requirements.

Design a comprehensive QA process and documentation at organization level.

Maintain and enhance test suites prepare a regression test cases suite .

Identify document and prioritize software defects and issues.

Troubleshoot and isolate problems encountered during testing triage and root cause analysis and feedback to the Development team.

Resource Management: Ensure test resources are recruited trained and aligned to the process defined Manage performance of test resources.

Collaborate with developers product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project status and issues.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance overall software development and testing processes.

Risk Management: Ensure Test delivery risks and issues are tracked escalated and action on time.

Quality Management: Assess the quality of work products and ensure entry & exit criteria are met in adherence to processes defined.

Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing.

Open to learning from each other in the team and each experience daytoday.

Requirements

610 years of proven work experience in software quality assurance.

Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies tools & processes.

Experience in writing clear conceive and comprehensive test plans & test strategy.

Experience working in Waterfall Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Experience in QA process Design & implementation

Experience in Leadership and Team Management

Experience in Documentations

Experience in API testing

Experience in implement Manual testing framework

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Experience in performance testing (Good to have)

Experience in EDI ERP domain is plus
