The newly created role will spearhead the strategic design and implementation of a holistic talent development framework emphasizing L&D succession planning and performance management. They will drive initiatives to cultivate a culture of engagement and continuous learning while overseeing seamless integration postM&A activities and harmonizing processes. The role requires crossfunctional expertise in designing tailored training programs for technical personnel particularly seafarers and adept change management skills to navigate organizational shifts effectively.

The Challenges

• Strategic Framework Development: Design and implement a comprehensive talent development framework aligned with organizational goals emphasizing L&D succession planning performance management and organizational development.
• Culture Building and Engagement: Lead initiatives to foster a culture of communication engagement and continuous learning across the organization ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
• Harmonization and Integration: Oversee talent development efforts postM&A activities ensuring seamless integration of teams harmonization of processes and cultural alignment to drive organizational success.
• Functional Skills Development: Develop and execute tailored training programs catering to technical personnel particularly those engaged with seafarers addressing both mandatory requirements and functional leadership skills development.
• Corporate Development Collaboration: Collaborate closely with corporate development teams to identify talent needs facilitate skill enhancement programs and support organizational growth strategies.
