Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in daily classroom activities and instruction
• Provide oneonone or small group support to students
• Help prepare instructional materials and classroom resources
• Monitor student behavior and support classroom management
• Assist with grading assignments and recording student progress
• Participate in school events meetings and professional development as required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree or higher preferred
• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience adaptability and a passion for working with children
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
