Requirements:

• 7 years of IT and business/industry work experience with a broad range of exposure to technical environments and business segments
• Experience supporting strategic planning infrastructure and operational support functions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify the standard and process changes necessary to document this in function and execute outofcycle DETs to reflect these changes.
• Upon receiving CRAIDL item escalation from the project level review and reassess the impacts on the FX program.
• If the risk requires programlevel attention collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop an appropriate risk response plan to be reviewed and approved.
• Coordinate with FXPA and FX Strategy Team to communicate the programlevel CRAIDL item through the appropriate forums including but not limited to Program Governance Group (PGG) until its replaced by ESC and its working groups CRAIDL management meetings project and program standups and status meetings and ESC and its working groups.
• Track the progress of the CRAIDL item response and assess it for effectiveness.
• Identify the need for root cause analyses to be conducted for persistent programlevel risks and issues.
• Assist in developing processes content and agendas for a new integrated CRAIDL meeting.
