Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Medical/Surgical

Location: Brownwood Texas

Hourly Pay Rate: $51/hr (Negotiable)

Shift: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM

Position Type: 3 Months Contract Position

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Medical/Surgical unit.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA).

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical/Surgical team in Brownwood Texas on a 3month contract basis. This role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $51/hr which is negotiable based on experience. The position involves working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM providing comprehensive care to patients and collaborating with a dynamic healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver highquality nursing care to patients in the Medical/Surgical unit.
• Assess patients conditions develop care plans and implement appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and document patients vital signs symptoms and progress.
• Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions treatments and postdischarge care.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to policies and procedures.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide critical care as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Medical/Surgical setting.
• Active RN license in the state of Texas.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patientcentered approach to care.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment and as part of a team.
• Reliable punctual and committed to high standards of patient care.
