Job Description
Position: EUC Support Engineer
Locations: Atlanta GA Onsite
Role Description:
- Installation configuration and maintenance of Image Deployment using SCCM OSD and MDT
- Develop and execute on enterprise level workstation imaging / deployment methodology through SCCM OSD.
- Hands on Experience in WDS and MDT 2010 configuration.
- Must have L2 knowledge on AD/ DNS.
- Good knowledge on setting up PXE boot.
- Familiar with finetuned / Zero Touch Image deployment of Desktop migration from Win7 to win 10 using MDT SCCM OSD.
- Should have experience in Adding New driver model to existing image/TS.
- User State migration is added advantage.
- L3 level knowledge on Task sequences.
- L2 level Experience in Customizing VB / Power shell Script.
- Generating Customization report using SCCM Report/ Queries based on customer requirement.
- Must have good experience in handling build failures.
- Experienced in developing and executing on plan with critical devices
- Good understanding of the requirements
- Effective in written and verbal communications. Ability to convey technical issues and material to nontechnical.
