Summary:
The Manager Sales Corporate Signages is responsible for leading and managing the entire sales process for corporate signage projects. This includes customer interaction site assessments (recces) proposal development sales realization and overseeing installation and execution. The role demands a proactive approach in maintaining high standards of customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Result Areas:
- Foster strong relationships with new and existing clients understanding their needs and providing tailored signage solutions.
- Conduct thorough site evaluations to determine client requirements and feasibility for signage installation.
- Prepare detailed and competitive quotes and proposals that align with client needs and company capabilities.
- Drive the negotiation process and close sales deals ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of signage projects.
- Analyze market trends and develop strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
- Regularly report sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Execute duties with an emphasis on quality and precision.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets consistently.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in sales preferably in the corporate signage or related industry.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
- Knowledge of signage design and installation processes.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
