Your Responsibilities

• Assist in leading the design process from research and ideation to prototyping user testing and delivering highfidelity designs
• Conduct competitive analysis and understand user motivations to inform design solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate insights into effective design solutions and work closely with engineering teams to ensure implementation quality
• Measure the effectiveness of design solutions through qualitative and quantitative methods and iterate based on feedback
• Enhance user experience through refined interaction design and visual aesthetics
• Contribute to the evolution of design processes within the team
• Participate in recruitment and key decisionmaking activities within the product design team

Your Profile

• 3 years of experience in product design
• Solid understanding of business and product metrics
• Ability to articulate design decisions and iterate based on feedback with a growth mindset
• Strong systems thinking skills able to contextualize problems within a broader ecosystem
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with a usercentric design approach
• Proficiency in datainformed design leveraging insights and data to enhance design quality
• Skilled in various design tools and methodologies with a focus on delivering highquality products
