• Develop and execute yearly operational strategies for the hospitals surgical unit.
  

• Effectively allocate resources including personnel equipment medications and supplies.
  

• Conduct training sessions to enhance the proficiency of the surgical team.
  

• Manage operational expenses across the hospital network.
  

• Supervise and coordinate various professional departments.
  

• Introduce innovative services to enhance hospital efficiency and performance.
  

• Collaborate with fellow leaders to ensure exceptional service and patient safety.
  

• Cultivate a spirit of collaboration among clinical paraclinical and support teams.
  

• Analyze reports and promptly address any anomalies.
  

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies regulations and protocols.
  

• Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing hospital capacity alongside other departments.
  

• Lead hospital assemblies and seminars.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of management experience including department or hospital operations.
  

• Strong background in hospital management.
  

• Familiarity with the healthcare industry and hospital market.
  

• Understanding of legal regulations relevant to hospital operations.
  

• Knowledge of hospital medical examination and treatment processes.
  

• Ability to develop service quality.
