Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure ensuring seamless execution at every stage.
  
• Develop and maintain meticulous project plans schedules and budgets ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
  
• Foster seamless collaboration among crossfunctional teams including engineers technicians vendors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  
• Clearly define project objectives requirements and deliverables ensuring alignment and understanding among all stakeholders.
  
• Monitor project progress diligently identifying and addressing risks and resolving any project delivery issues that may arise.
  
• Conduct regular project status meetings providing transparent updates to stakeholders on key milestones risks and mitigation strategies.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations and quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients exceeding their expectations and ensuring their needs are met.
  
• Serve as a crucial liaison between clients internal teams and external partners facilitating effective communication and swift problem resolution.
  
• Present regular reports and insights to senior management providing visibility into project performance challenges and growth opportunities.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering computer science or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  
• A minimum of 510 years experience in project management ideally within the electronic security industry.
  
• Profound technical expertise in electronic security systems including access control video surveillance intrusion detection and integrated solutions.
  
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects within budget scope and schedule constraints.
  
• Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities capable of motivating and guiding teams to achieve excellence.
  
• Outstanding problemsolving and decisionmaking skills with a practical focus on finding effective solutions.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities adept at building strong relationships with clients vendors and internal stakeholders.
  
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CPP (Certified Protection Professional) are highly valued.
