Job Description
Job Title: Senior Property Manager
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Basic Salary: £25000 £28000 (depending on experience)
OTE: £33000 Uncapped
An award winning multibranch rapidly growing and highly reputable estate agents is in need of an experienced Valuer.
Known for their culture training development and many MANY perks our clients is ready to provide a very stable and supportive home and environment for the right candidate.
This is a fulltime permanent position located in our Birmingham Colmore Row office. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of Monday to Friday with alternate Saturday (lieu days applicable).
The Role Involves:

- Pre and post data capture and reporting
- Touting and business generation
- Management of existing sales team and support system
- KPI targets exceeded
