Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed CASA deposit targets.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the open market segment.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers to drive business growth.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless account opening processes and exceptional customer service.
• Regularly monitor and report on sales performance market dynamics and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing Finance or related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Indepth knowledge of CASA products and expertise in open market sales strategies.
• Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Selfmotivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
