Job Description: Sales Executive (Field Work)

Position: Sales Executive Industry: Field Work Sales Salary Range: 12000 to 15000 in hand

Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and Implementing Sales Strategies:

      • Example: Use a mix of cold calls followup emails and inperson visits to ensure a consistent approach to converting leads into sales.
  2. Expanding Market Reach:

    • Identifying Opportunities: Look for new business opportunities by analyzing sales data market trends and feedback from existing clients.
      • Example: Identify regions where sales are low but have a high potential for growth due to demographic factors.
    • Network Building: Establish connections with industry influencers attend trade shows and participate in networking events to increase brand visibility and open new sales channels.
      • Example: Attend a local agricultural fair to meet potential clients in the vegetable and fruit retail sector.
    • Collaborations: Partner with other businesses or organizations to create joint ventures or promotional offers that can attract more customers.
      • Example: Collaborate with a grocery store chain to offer exclusive discounts on bulk purchases.
  3. Maintaining Strong Relationships with Clients and Retailers:

    • Regular Communication: Maintain regular contact with existing clients to understand their needs address any issues and keep them informed about new products or promotions.
      • Example: Schedule monthly checkins with key retailers to discuss their stock levels and any new product needs.
    • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client queries and resolving complaints.
