Location Erie PA
This is a 100% ONSITE position with Direct client. Non Locals can be considered as long as they are willing to RELOCATE. NO HYBRID or REMOTE.

Delivery Manager
- The Delivery Leader will be accountable for deliveries in the portfolio.
- Contribute towards opportunity assessment on work that could support the strategic outcomes.
- Responsible for review and bringing in best practices standardization and suggestions for the portfolio.
- Bring forward themes and ideas for innovation and improvement and work with OPL to jointly execute.
- Focus on specialized competency development/improvement for the portfolio.
- Promote and implement ideas for collaboration and inclusiveness.
- Leadership Development
- Process standardization and focus on mitigation that spans across the workstreams.
- Responsible for review and bringing in ideas and options for cost efficiency.
