WE ARE HIREING FOR KITCHEN EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN FOR DUBAI (UAE) LOCATION

Job description / Role

Performs a variety of standard to moderately complex technical tasks related to operating installing maintaining and repairing all kitchen equipment (gas electrical and refrigeration).

Main responsibilities include:
Investigates problems and performs repairs on all kitchen equipment .
Complete Performance Checks on kitchen equipment including refrigerators ice machines ovens fryers and beverage
Performs maintenance routines preventive maintenance and major repairs.
Troubleshooting and identifying problems with the machines
Handling sand filters maintaining suitable water temperature PH & CL proper water flow Vacuuming pool

High school is preferred
2 years of experience in Commercial refrigeration and/or commercial cooking equipment repair experience.
Ability to work with moving mechanical parts pressurized steam equipment open flames heated surfaces liquids and risk of electrical shock in damp humid or freezing conditions.
Ability to repair systems
Must have a valid driving Licence
