Job Title: Senior Business Process Reengineering Specialist
Senior Business Process Reengineering Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving e ciency across the DLA Energy program by analyzing existing processes identifying enhancement areas and implementing reengineered processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive business analysis to understand current processes utilizing various analytical techniques and tools.
Lead process mapping initiatives to document existing work ows identify bottlenecks and pinpoint opportunities for streamlining operations.
Develop and present compelling business cases for process change including detailed ROI analyses e ciency gains and impact assessments.
Drive the implementation of reengineered processes ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth adoption of new processes providing training and support as needed.
Strong analytical skills are needed to dissect complex work ows extract actionable insights and translate them into achievable process improvements.
Continuously monitor the e ectiveness of new processes and adjusting strategies in response to feedback and evolving program needs.
Skills and Quali cations:
Bachelors degree in business administration Engineering Information Systems or a related eld; Masters degree preferred.
A minimum of 7 years experience in business process reengineering business analysis or a related eld focusing on process optimization.
Demonstrated expertise in process mapping and using related tools such as Visio or similar.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large data sets perform complex analysis and produce meaningful insights.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills capable of leading workshops and training sessions at various organizational levels.
Pro ciency in utlizing business intelligence tools and data analytics software.
Ability to obtain a government security clearance.
Familiarity with DLA Energy operations and the defense sector is a plus.
