As a member of our Customer Service team you will join a service and salesfocused team passionate about listening to caring for and connecting with our customers. In this role you will answer calls in an efficient courteous and accurate manner while assessing customer needs and offering solutions.
A Day in the Life
- Provide a caring reliable and knowledgeable first contact point for us.
- Efficiently manage customer moveins moveouts and payment processing for our selfstorage facility ensuring seamless transactions and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Reviewing accounts daily and maintaining all work queue assignments.
- Conducting persuasive and informative phone sales calls to potential customers interested in our self storage services effectively communicating the features and benefits of our storage solutions.
- Utilizing strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers over the phone understanding their storage needs and tailoring sales pitches to match the unique requirements of everyone.
- Managing a high volume of inbound calls outbound calls emails and web chats consistently meeting or exceeding targets through effective communication and a customercentric approach.
- Employing active listening techniques to identify customer concerns and objections and skillfully addressing them to overcome obstacles and secure successful outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate and uptodate customer records in the CRM system ensuring that all interactions and sales activities are welldocumented.
- Providing exceptional customer service during the sales process ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering longterm relationships that contribute to the growth and success of our selfstorage business.
