Position : Customer Service Agent (Technical Support)
Working Hours : 9am5pm PST
Salary Range : USD 800 USD 1500/month
Responsibilities:
More technical experience in electronic products.
Understand problems clients face with their product.
Answer tickets and resolve issues of customers with their products.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and chat and provide accurate and helpful information.
Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry scheduling and document preparation.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer service delivery.
Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate personnel.
Update and maintain customer information and records in the company database.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Technical Support.
Proficienct in Gorgias and Shopify.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Seeking a candidate who is experienced with electronic products and understands how they work.
Proven experience in customer service preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Comfortable using various online platforms and tools such as CRM systems and project management software.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or degree preferred.
