Management of the Dynatrace Managed environment
Maintain Dynatrace Managed in a linux environment including Konvoy & AKS deployments
Environmental / techdebt cleanup
Configuration
Optimization
Troubleshooting
Managing Jira support tickets
Review & categorize tickets new tickets based on urgency
Create KB articles for support items
Ability to coordinate vendor tickets when necessary
Unmasking front/backend data per request via request attributes etc
Assist with product direction
Provide insights based on environmental and performance data
Advise on best practices

Advisory on how to manage dynatrace environment
Giving direction what we are doing right and what we can improve on as it relates to dynatrace
Used across Ed Jones
Dynatrace capacity with on premises enterprise level
Integration of new features synthetics activegate need these implemented
Implementation advanced features of dynatrace
Scale of 15 where are you on SRE maturity

Dynatrace Administrator skills
Hands on experience with configuration of Dynatrace at the enterprise level
Managed capacity of Dynatrace at an enterprise level
Built new features in Dynatrace
Set up management zones in Dynatrace
Set up Dynatrace for VMware integration
Worked on an enterprise tools team or shared services team NOT an onboarding applications team
Administration/management of Dynatrace environment across the enterprise
