Analytics Program Manager

Title: Analytics Program Manager
Type: 6 Month Contract to Hire (US Citizen or GC ONLY!)
Location: 100% Remote EST Hours

Day to Day

• This person will be the sole contact responsible for running their commercial data transformation program.
  • Working with various data sets:
    • Product data
    • Marketing data
    • Customer data
• Making sure the data is harmonized / placed into one specific spot and formatted similarly.
• Commercial data analytics
• Need to clean and manage the data before it can be used
• Someone to come in to cover both the foundational data work as well as the advanced analytics; be part of leading the RFP process (as part of the onboarding & getting up to speed on what they are trying to accomplish)
• Coordinating w the IT team other commercial teams (tax team etc)
• Third party partner will have project & program manager this person will be LEADING the third party partner
• Help with gathering materials and meeting with stakeholders to help secure funding for the full program

Must Haves

• 10 years of overall experience
• At least 5 years working in transformational projects
• True Program manager experience
• Understand enough about data to be able to speak to it & write updates have meaningful conversations with the data team understanding how data is getting into the data lake & what the data lake represents re: the rest of the ecosystem how to navigate who is responsible for the source systems understanding datasets & being able to speak to the requirements
• Scrum experience
• Experience working on successful transformation projects
• Someone who has created & defined impactful outcomes
• Manage a complex matrixed Enterprise organization
• B2B experience
