Civil Engineer - Project Engineer - -

We are looking for experienced civil engineers/structural engineers/ roadworks engineers for the works carried out in Sliven Area to oversee construction of the projects on military sites

Tasks

You will be responsible for overall checking that construction contractor is performing all necessary quality control checks and ensuring that project will go smoothly and will be build to a high quality standard. This will include:

Review and and monitoring of Contractors Quality ManagementSystem.

Review of the Requests for Informations (RFIs) provided by the contractor

Review of shop drawings.

Material inspection and acceptance.

Witnessing and recording of quality control tests.

Maintenance of a document record system for the Contractors submittals.

Review of change requests and proposals submitted by the Contractor.

Identification and reporting of construction errors/deficiencies.

Recording of meeting (weekly monthly or adhoc) minutes.

Review of material submittals and identification of their compliance/incompliance

Record of all submittals

Record of all design reviews

Review and verify Contractors daily/weekly reports

Prepare and submit monthly progress reports

Prepare and submit AdHoc issue reports

Requirements

• minimum Bachelor/Masters in Civil Engineering/Building Engieering/Roadworks Engineering
• 5 years of experience as an Engineer/Supervisor/Manager in construction projects
• Good in speaking/writing/listening in English
• Prefarabely native Bulgarian (but not mandatory)
• Have right to work in Bulgaria
• Willing to work in Sliven area
