Business Resiliency Senior Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Support the creation of the policy template and methodology for Business Resiliency Management Systems (BRMS). Assist in the maintenance testing and implementation of the Business Resiliency
  Program.
• Perform risk assessments and execute tests to ensure functioning activities and security measures
• Encrypt data transmissions and erect firewalls to conceal confidential information as it is being transmitted and to keep out tainted digital transfers Business Resiliency Management
• Support the Business Resiliency Management program across business and functions as per the companys BRM policy and methodology Compliance
• Tracks compliance to the agreed business resiliency controls through ongoing reviews Design
• Develop plans to safeguard computer files/intellectual property against accidental or unauthorized modification destruction or disclosure and to meet emergency data processing needs
• Work with companys global asset and security organizations to develop the business continuity plans and align resources as appropriate Project Management
• Supports the alignment of new clients and/or services to the business resiliency program
• Liaise with company business projects / functions to provide guidance on the development of business resiliency plans
• Provides input or guidance to the business projects / functions to maintain all business resiliency

Qualifications:

• Any 4 year degree
• Good to Have: Business Continuity Certification or Training
• 3 to 5 years experience with Project Management Stakeholder management
• MS Applications/Tools knowledgeable
• Excel Proficient
• Excellent English Communication skills

Preferably with:

• Okay to flex to less experience if Excel proficient and with Excellent comm skills
• Generalist profile is ok; background with business resiliency or BCM
• Knowhow on Project structuring etc.
