Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Pursue and develop seniorlevel stakeholder relationships at priorityaccounts; support account stakeholder relationship plans
- Understand our contractual obligations with the clients you have oversightfor and scope of services provided by the company
Leading Sourcing Function
- Continuously design innovate & improve on the execution of sourcing tolead in the new
- Develop and deploy Sourcing offering deliverables (i.e. process templatestools insights)
- Ensure consistency of sourcing project delivery within designated team byleveraging best practices across the Agile Sourcing organization
- Review operational results and identify opportunities for process changes
- Define and build the sourcing product offering (i.e. operating modelorganizational design off/nearshore optimization best practices sourcing andbuying tools strategic and tactical sourcing approaches key metrics andreports)
- Establish and foster a positive organizational culture for your team
- Collaborate with Strategy & Consulting Account Management ProcurementCategory Advisory and Procurement Advisory teams for upsell and solutiondevelopment (i.e. sales tours)
Team Management
- Provide coaching mentoring and guidance to team members on stakeholder andproject management with a special emphasis on collaboration customer focusdelivery excellence (diligence project management hygiene discipline) andcontinuous improvement
- Directly manage and develop the capability of the Sourcing Project Managersin our business
- Overall accountability for the sourcing projects and Project Managers withinyour team
- Accountable for ensuring project staffing meets both skill and costrequirements
- Ensure team members receive necessary training to remain relevant to clients
- Maintain overall team chargeability in line with targets
Leading Complex Sourcing Projects
- Potentially lead medium to high complexity sourcing projects as needed (tounderstand the requirements and challenges your team members face)
- Make a significant impact from a client satisfaction standpoint with yourprojects
- Lead teams by example through the delivery of outstanding projects
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Strategic Sourcing / CategoryManagement
- 3 years supervisory experience
- With stakeholder management experience
- Supported clients in the US / international client or regions not local tothe Philippines (required)
- Preferred candidates are those from BPO consulting but NOT required
- College graduate
