Requirements:

• Availability to work 60% of the time at the Clients site in Fort Lauderdale FL (required).
• Experience with Infor CloudSuite GHRPayroll.
• Experience with HR Payroll and Benefits preferably in government/public sector.
• Exceptional diplomatic and tactful communication skills coupled with excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with Infor CloudSuite HCM Absence Benefits.
• Experience with business process validation system configuration data conversions and migrations system customization testing cutover planning & execution golive and enduser support.

Preferred:

• Experience with v11 CloudSuite versions of Infor or experience with Infor CloudSuite GHRPayroll.

Responsibilities:

• Support evaluate and analyze areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement for the new Infor CloudSuite platform covering Human Resources Benefits and Payroll within the public sector environment.
• Act as a Functional/Business Analyst to support CloudSuite FSM functionality.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs objectives and challenges.
• Work within the CloudSuite Configuration Console to manage and optimize configurations.
• Create reports and list views out of the applications and work with dashboards related to HR & Payroll BIFSM/BIRST.
• Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs and create detailed documentation including business requirements process flows use cases and user stories.
• Support the cloud data lake and replication sets ensuring efficient data management and utilization.
