Key Responsibilities: Grow and develop the domestic staffing business to 100 recruiters in 12 to 18 months. Enhance business profitability and build a strong client base
Job Description:
- Overall management of Domestic staffing for India including sales recruitments and operations.
- Responsible for achieving business revenue targets. Monitor sales and recruiting team and ensure that their monthly targets are met.
- Individual drive client acquisition including Fortune 500 customers
- Managing client delivery through the delivery team
- 100 % client coverage & and coverage of requirement flow through effective tracking of the reports and dashboards. Should be familiar with ATS systems.
- Mentoring the team by providing guidance & and assistance in lead generation prospecting and other activities. Motivating the team to achieve the desired goals improves the morale and productivity of the team.
- Involved in new employee recruitment constant training of fresh recruits retention strategies and constantly motivating employees in bringing the best out of them participate in daily and weekly meetings to make sure that the said performance is attained.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- MBA with minimum 12 years experience in the staffing industry with 3 years as a division/business head for IT staffing
- Should have delivered a revenue of Rs. 10 crores in the last 2 years
- Should have led a team of at least 50 including Managers.
- Ability to drive revenue and achieve targets
- Proven history of client delivery and account mining
- Should have strong business development experience of acquiring enterprise customers
- Excellent people management skills Counselling handling grievances ensuring discipline helping and enabling the team with their challenges.
- Excellent verbal / written communication skills.
