Job Description:
Provide exceptional customer support to clients using Greasebook software
Answer customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the software
Assist customers with onboarding process and software setup
Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve technical issues
Essential Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Strong problemsolving abilities
Ability to work well in a team environment
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Desired Experience:
13 years of experience in customer support or a related field
Experience in the oil & gas industry is a plus
