Job Description
JD :
- Taking care of Inbound operations right from receipt to Binning
- Unloading of trucks within the speculated timeframe to ensure the TAT is managed.
- Ontime closure of system transfer orders of receipts at put away stage.
- Sampling inspection of Quality flagged parts at receipts
- Inventory analysis on stock disputed parts.
- Daily IRA RAM & SLA audit coordination and correction/reconciliation of errors on time
- Accountable and responsible for special tasks like transfer of excess inventory from one location to another.
- Daily 5S management
- Ensure and coordinate with machine shop on time availability of parts as per the MPS.
- Coordinate and account the defect parts in system & Physical appropriately.
Monitor and ensure OVF parts storage and replenishment frequently.
