Personal Assistant - HR Marketing

Our client in Luxury Inbound Safari Travel is looking for a dynamic an organized Personal Assistant to perform HR and Marketing related tasks and projects. The individual should be experienced in the field of PA to immediately impact and assist.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the 2 Owners in the form of HR and Marketing task.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating HR activities such as recruitment onboarding and training.
• Manage schedules appointments and travel arrangements
• Handle correspondence emails and phone calls.
• Support in creating marketing materials and coordinating marketing campaigns.

Essential Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in relevant field Human Resources / Marketing
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in human resources and marketing functions advantageous
