Job Description
Title: Scrum Master
Location: Charlotte NC / Pittsburgh PA(Onsite)
Type/Duration: Contract/Long Term
Experience: 8 Years
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Organize and facilitate daily standups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Assist the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring the team understands the product vision and goals.
Monitor and report on team performance using agile metrics and KPIs.
Strong understanding of agile frameworks and software development lifecycle.
