Job Description

Job Title: LXP Implementation Lead (360Learning)
Location Preference is Foster city California
but willing to consider 100% remote candidates
Job Duration: 12 months
Experience with Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) Specifically 360Learning:
The Learning Experience Design Lead will be part of the Learning & Development team.
This role will be responsible for supporting the implementation of a newly selected Learning Experience Platform (LXP) tool 360Learning.
This role will support the endtoend user experience design. Learning elements may include integration with learning technology and HRIS systems mobile capabilities and bringing learning strategy to execution.
To accomplish this goal this role will act as a user advocate and work to evolve our learning environments with these new features that will enhance the learner experience. This role will lead the experience design work and support the training and best in class practices for the learning team & learning strategy.
The ideal candidate for this role will be skilled in taking a consultative approach to lead the project team through the design work.
Specific Responsibilities:
Lead the team to design best in class learning experiences for 18000 learners
Develop a facilitated process around created learning journeys in support of overall strategic priorities
Map out and design learning experiences for diverse personas (e.g. people leaders enterprise leaders new leaders high impact individual contributors)
Lead user feedback (UATs and pilot) sessions
Incorporate and coordinate Organizational Change Management strategies as appropriate
Build and document roles for Learning experience ownership and operating model
Build playbook for future use by LXP Admin including best practices for learning experience design
Knowledge Experience & Skills:
Required:
Must have extensive experience building user learning experiences or learner journeys in an LXP preferably 360Learning
Experience liaising between learning technology team and COEs to align best practices for content updates accuracy and incorporation into learning experiences
Strong designthinking background
Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
Familiarity with tools and practices for user feedback stakeholder management and learnings
Ability to be flexible adaptable and solutionsoriented in the face of problems
Passion for trying learning improving and sharing best practices
Proactive team member with excellent attention to detail and follow through
Ability to balance competing priorities in a fastpaced environment
Desirable:
Experience designing leadership academies or capability academies preferred
Experience in agile process to test and iterate
Experience with facilitation
Experience putting together playbooks and internal admin training
Experience with agile project management
Ability to work in Pacific Standard & GMT time zones
Required Years of Experience: 2 3 years of LXPs.
Top 3 Required Skill Sets: Learning Experience Design Learning Experience Platforms.
Top 3 Nice to Have Skill Sets: Facilitation Skills Learning & Leadership Background
