Requirements
Experience in carrying out adult social care financial assessments Or Housing Benefit officers with a broad experience of giving advice in Welfare Benefits.
Experience in dealing with review requests complaints and queries.
Experience in managing a caseload and prioritising cases.
Being able to adapt your day to deal with urgent / priority cases and queries.
