We are currently looking for an engaging and highly motivated Service Manager to join the team.
Role
The Service Manager will be leading a team of Service staff. You will undoubtedly be an experienced people manager with a passion for building excellent customer satisfaction whilst driving forward profitable business expansion. As a customerfocused manager you will inspire your team to provide the best possible services for the customer whilst ensuring the Company profit targets are achieved. You will be able to enhance the current team by providing support coaching and motivation to them.

Experience
To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for Prestige brands. For this role you must have the following:
More than 2 years of experience as a Service Manager in the automotive industry
A sound knowledge and understanding of FCA standards consumer legislation and trade practices.
Financially astute with a proven track record of achieving results.
Excellent communication skills at all levels combined with an eye for detail and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

40000 Base salary. OTE 55000 & Company Car
