REQUIRED SKILLS
- Minimum of 8 years in process assessment and management particularly in technology or business contexts. Prior consulting experience is highly valued.
- Proven experience in process assessment particularly in a technology or business context.
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to assess complex processes and define strategic improvement points.
- Experience in documenting and analyzing customer needs and translating them into actionable plans.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in portfolio management and technology operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with senior management and crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to stakeholders and executive teams.
