At this stage we can tell you that the company based in Kirchberg a manufacturer of industrial machinery is looking for a Technical Support (m/f/d) at 80100% to assist their client as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

National technical support 2nd level

Assistance with the operation of the central technical support hotline

Technical support in project planning and implementation

Onsite training and support for specialist dealers during installation and commissioning of our systems

Organization and implementation of dealer and customer training courses

Profile sought:

Technical training with EFZ or farmer with HAFL

Technical versatility with skills in automation electricity a plus.

Indepth knowledge of industrial machinery.

Good command of German and English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
