About Our Client

The Company is one of the largest manufacturers and marketers of prepreg and copper clad laminates for a variety of printed circuit boards (PCBs).

Job Descriptions

Production:

• Daily management of frontline workers in the production department in accordance with the requirements of the production control.
• Provide support to the production team in their daily activities including troubleshooting production issues coordinating workflow and ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Supervise and product guidance to production staff including training performance evaluation and coaching to maximize productivity and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor production processes on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal requirements.
• Maintain accurate production records including production output downtime and other relevant data and prepare reports for management review.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in any field.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the manufacturing environment and with minimum 3 years of working experience is a plus.
• Fresh graduates and entrylevel are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Solid organizational and problemsolving abilities.
• Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends or evenings as required.
• Able to travel to China for 36 months of training.
• Able to speak and write in Mandarin is an added advantage.
