Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
In this role youll:
Confidently work independently and with minimal supervision.
Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters and local TA leaders to mediate and resolve escalations from the team.
Create and deliver exceptional experiences to ensure topnotch service for all your stakeholders and our candidates at all times.
Update and maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
Juggle multiple priorities and solve complex problems as they arise.
Be organized with impeccable attention to detail.
Get things done in a timely manner while observing our SLAs and supporting the team on doing the same.
Think Big about ways to improve our processes and be best in class.
Ensure visibility across the global team and work towards establishing and maintaining standardized processes across the globe.
Keep track and document actions taken such as resolved requests and events coordinated.
Required:
- 4 years experience in administrative or customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer servicefocused approach.
- Highly organized and detailoriented.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and solve complex problems as they arise.
- Ability to work crossfunctionally and across multiple levels to build and deliver worldclass customer service.
Desired:
- Recruitment Coordination experience.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems particularly Greenhouse.
- Experience working in a tech environment.
