Early Years Educator Babies Room (FullTime)
Our client a leading private day nursery in Horsforth Leeds is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join their team in the Baby Room.
About Our Client:
Our client is a unique nursery that provides an exceptional learning environment for children aged 3 months to 5 years. They believe in the power of outdoor play and nature and their curriculum is inspired by Scandinavian Forest School philosophies. Their idyllic setting includes a nature reserve yurt outdoor classroom and nearby woodland offering endless opportunities for exploration and discovery.
About the Role:
As an Early Years Educator in the Babies Room you will play a vital role in providing a safe stimulating and nurturing environment for our youngest children. You will be responsible for:
- Creating a calm and loving atmosphere that caters to the individual needs of each baby.
- Providing sensitive care and support including nappy changing feeding and sleep routines.
- Planning and delivering engaging activities that promote physical cognitive social and emotional development.
- Observing and assessing babies progress documenting their development and maintaining accurate records.
- Building strong relationships with parents and carers keeping them informed about their childs progress.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the room.
