OCI Report Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Technical Specialist with expertise in reports and integrations for our client. The ideal candidate will have handson experience in developing FR Studio Reports/SmartView and a good understanding of Oracle Cloud Oracle PaaS technologies and Oracle outofbox reports (BIP/OTBI).

Responsibilities:

• Independently design develop and test FR Studio Reports/SmartView with dynamic parameterization to enhance userfriendliness and functionality.
• Understand and utilize COA Hierarchies and Ledger sets in FRS/SmartView Reports.
• Develop userfriendly layouts and incorporate auditrelated information in reports.
• Customize Oracle outofbox (BIP/OTBI) Reports as needed.
• Work on automations and endtoend integrations using Oracle Cloud Oracle PaaS technologies like OIC VBCS etc. Experience with SOAP UI REST API Web services is an addon.
• Develop and understand complex reports such as AR Aging AP Aging and AP to PO to GL Reconciliation Reports.
• Convert standard reports/develop custom reports for Multiple BUs/FA Books/Ledger Sets in simplified and userfriendly formats.
• Perform performance tuning for large volumes of data using techniques like Hits Materialized Views Database and query tuning.
• Ensure reports security including data/report encryption and delivery to destinations like ftp/sftp locations.
• Develop OTBI Reports with crossfunctional subject area joining deep links dashboards and analysis reports with dynamic parameters.
• Work with BICC extracts integration with UCM and content management for external system delivery.
• Write review and suggest optimizations and performance tuning recommendations for PL/SQL code on the ATP database.
• Develop Reports using BI Publisher/OTBI in various formats (XSLT/XML/EText/XSL etc.) for integration with internal and external systems.
• Configure ESS Jobs/Job sets with required processing parameters.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in the industry with 3 years of relevant experience
• Education Qualification: Bachelors of Master in CS or IT or a relevant field
• Proven experience in Oracle Cloud Technical roles specifically with reports and integrations.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud and Oracle PaaS technologies.
• Proficiency in FR Studio Reports/SmartView Oracle BIP/OTBI and PL/SQL.
• Experience with performance tuning and report security.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
