Director FPA

Location: OnSite Virginia

Salary Range: $115000.00 $125000.00

Commission Structure: 25% Bonus Plan

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Accounting
• 35 years of experience planning budgeting and forecasting
• Tableau and/or SQL experience preferred

About the Role

Oversee the daily activities of the financial planning department. Lead the financial and strategic planning team in delivering analytical support to all internal operational units. Conduct research and analysis of the competitive landscape. Contribute to all aspects of the annual Operating and Capital Budget Long Range Plan development and the preparation of monthly financial and operational reports.

Responsibilities

• Understand and document goals strategies and critical issues which drive the success of the business.
• Analyzes proposed events promotions and direct mail programs to determine financial justification follows up with past analysis to measure success and makes recommendations to improve based on results achieved.
• Delegates assignments to appropriate subordinates to accomplish tasks and at the same time provide developmental potential.
• Develops financial and business operating plans and capital expenditure plans that are consistent with the overall strategic positioning of the property.
• Measures and monitors host and junket productivity reports.
• Prepares all other financial analysis of revenue marketing or cost programs to determine economic feasibility and advise management on recommendations.
• Manages the preparation of budgets operating reviews and financial packages for presentation.
• Monitors direct report performance standards and holds employees accountable for performance.

Requirements

• BS or BA in Accounting Finance
• 5 years analytical operations experience in planning finance or market research
• 3 years financial management experience required.
• CPA preferred
