As the Director of Labor & Delivery you will oversee all aspects of our Labor & Delivery department ensuring exceptional patient care and operational excellence.

JOB TITLE: Director of Labor & Delivery

LOCATION: Sanford NC

SALARY: $100000.00 $125000.00

SIGNING BONUS: Yes

BONUS DESCRIPTION: $15000.00

RELOCATION PACKAGE: Partial

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the Labor & Delivery team including nursing staff physicians and support staff.
• Develop and implement policies procedures and protocols to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.
• Collaborate with other department leaders to optimize workflow resource utilization and patient outcomes.
• Monitor departmental performance metrics and implement initiatives for continuous improvement.

MustHaves:

1.) Bachelors degree is required

2.) Two years experience at a Director level required

3.) Registered Nurse in North Carolina or Compact state is required

NiceToHaves:

1.) Knowledge of community hospital and midwifery model

2.) Experience with level 2 nursery / NICU (or above)

3.) Masters degree is preferred
