Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Talent and Culture Generalist to join our team in Santo Domingo. As a key member of our HR function you will support specific areas of Talent and Culture Management contributing to the development and execution of strategies and policies for effective human capital management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support in various areas of Talent and Culture Management to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with leadership teams to ensure effective management of human resources.
• Handle tasks related to TSS SIRLA IDOPRIL and SISALRIL.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
• Support employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Utilize Microsoft Office programs to manage HRrelated tasks efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with employees and management to address HRrelated queries and issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or currently studying psychology or related fields.
• 1 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in TSS SIRLA IDOPRIL SISALRIL.
• Serviceoriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws (desirable).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate English level.
