Proven track record in conducting security reviews and assessments.
Experience working with IT support teams on governance policy reviews.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Teams and OneDrive.
Strong knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategies and tools.
Familiarity with Microsoft Purview for data classification and protection.
Experience with Azure Security services and conducting security assessments.
Ability to perform detailed gap analyses and provide actionable recommendations.
Strong problemsolving skills to identify and address security vulnerabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders.
Ability to document findings and create comprehensive action plans.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security Compliance and Identity Fundamentals Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate or equivalent.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detailoriented with a focus on delivering highquality work.
Responsibilities:
Conduct a comprehensive security and governance review.
Meet with ITSD M365 support teams to review SharePoint Teams and OneDrive governance policies.
Provide a gap analysis and recommendations for the implementation of data classifications and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) using Microsoft Purview.
Review plans for data classification and our initial configuration of DLP in M365.
Provide a gap analysis and recommendations from improving overall M365 governance.
Review M365 Azure Security Assessment and document any gaps or recommended changes to improve security posture.
Action plan and scope of work to implement recommendations.
