OPERATING ROOM NURSE EDUCATOR
Do you love nursing education and helping others excel
This role is for a registered nurse with teaching expertise to design and deliver topnotch training programs for our nurses. Youll partner with leadership to ensure all nurses have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional patient care.
What youll do:
- Create and deliver evidencebased training programs tailored to nurses needs.
- Develop orientation programs for new hires and competency assessments for all staff.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and stay uptodate on healthcare trends.
- Act as a resource for nurses mentoring and supporting their professional development.
What you bring:
- Bachelors degree in nursing and RN license.
- 2 years of experience teaching or developing educational programs.
- 3 years of clinical experience in your specialty area.
- Strong communication teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Bonus points for:
- Leadership experience.
- Masters degree in nursing.
- Certification in Nursing Professional Development or your specialty area.
