Job Description

Job Title: Security Penetration Tester

Location: Onsite (Chicago IL)

Job Type: C2C / 1099

Work Authorization: USC / GC / EAD

Responsibilities:

  • Over 10 years of experience in Software Testing.
  • Overall 78 years of experience in Security Penetration testing.
  • Understand the scope/architecture of the target application(s) & security compliances to plan/execute penetration testing activities.
  • Conduct tool feasibility and recommend suitable tools to conduct penetration testing of the applications.
  • Setup (or use existing) penetration testing environment/framework to support pen testing needs.
  • Experience in using commercial and opensource security scanners such as Web Inspect Acunetix Fortify Checkmarx etc.
  • Perform penetration testing based on industrystandard methodologies to identify security vulnerabilities.
  • Analyze scan results and categorize the results based on the vulnerability type & publish security vulnerability reports.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Please note that this position is onsite in Chicago IL. Candidates must have the necessary work authorization.
