Job Description:
- Overview: As a ProjectFabrication Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the planning execution and completion of a key project within our organization.
- You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure that the project is delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills excellent communication abilities and a proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project and fabrication plans outlining project objectives deliverables timelines and resource requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Run $4050 million size project
- Oversee thirdparty fabrication shop activities
- Create and manage project budget
- Create and manage project schedule
- Interface with management and client
Project Execution:
- Lead project teams providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress track key milestones and address any issues or deviations from the plan.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely decisionmaking.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocations.
Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate effectively with project sponsors stakeholders and team members to provide regular updates on project status risks and issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate changes as needed.
- Resolve conflicts and facilitate consensus among team members and stakeholders.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet established standards and requirements.
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Change Management:
- Anticipate and manage changes to project scope schedule and budget effectively.
- Assess the impact of changes and communicate implications to relevant stakeholders.
- Implement change management processes to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate project documentation including project plans status reports meeting minutes and other relevant records.
- Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders highlighting progress achievements and areas of concern.
- Capture lessons learned and best practices to inform future projects.
