Project Manager - Customer Projects

We are looking for a Project Manager to strengthen our Customer Service Product and System Projects team within Global Operations. This position will be based in Antibes France.

In this role you will be responsible for executing customer projects. Execution projects can be both new builds or retrofit projects that need project management engineering and execution. The selected candidate will join a vibrant international team and will ensure that our customers requests are met in full this responsibility will entail active communication within and beyond the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Customer satisfaction by fulfilling all contractual obligations.
• Managing the budget and cash flow
• Managing the schedule
• Managing the scope
• Leading the nominated project team
• Project planning and follow up
• Change management
• Risk management
• Leading external and internal communication of the project

Key requirements

• Strong Project management skills and proven track record of managing projects in international environment.
• Willingness to travel throughout France for maximum 20% of your time. Some travelling to other European countries may be required.
• Experience in contract and finance management
• Experienced leading matrix and virtual teams combined from different internal and external functions
• Strong communication skills
• MSc or BSc in Tehcnology
• Engineering understanding and ability to learn Evac products and technologies
• Skilled in MS Office relevant ERP experience.
• Fluent English and French
