Job Description
- Lead and manage SharePoint and Power Platform development projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with departments and companies.
- Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide leadership and direction to the development team, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Hire and train team of developers
- Design, develop, and implement SharePoint Online solutions tailored to meet business requirements.
- Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows using modern SharePoint development tools and techniques.
- Develop Power Apps solutions to streamline business processes and enhance user productivity.
- Create Power Automate flows for workflow automation and integration between SharePoint and other systems.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on SharePoint and Power Platform technologies, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Assess business requirements and propose technical solutions that leverage SharePoint and Power Platform capabilities effectively.
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops to educate end-users and administrators on SharePoint and Power Platform usage
